The original Rehab Options company was founded in 1989 by Steve Stephens, who remains Managing Director. Management Support carries that employer-side perspective into HR and IR consulting.
The aim is simple: deliver results that clients and workers would previously not have considered possible, by managing people to clear expectations so leadership can focus on core operations.
