The group was founded in 1989 by Steve Stephens, who remains Managing Director, with experience across operations risk and strategy.
Consultants hold qualifications spanning rehabilitation counselling and human resource management, and engagement is face to face and flexible: some clients need a protocol designed and handed over, others need us in the room until a dispute is resolved. Both are normal here.
